October 2025. Two events, two different industries, one shared vision: artificial intelligence in service of the human experience
In a single month, Media Engineering played a leading role at TTG Travel Experience in Rimini and at the International Agorà Congress in Milan, bringing AI out of theory and into real, physical, clinical, and strategic scenarios.
Two milestones that show how technology, when well designed, can generate real impact
TTG Travel Experience is Italy’s largest B2B tourism marketplace. Every October, destinations, public institutions, and industry players gather in Rimini to innovate the way territories are communicated and marketed.
In 2025, the Calabria Region chose a radically new approach: transforming its stand into an AI-driven immersive experience. A project we designed and delivered end-to-end, from vision to execution.
We conceived and built a multisensory immersive room, where visitors were welcomed by an AI avatar and guided on an audiovisual journey into Calabrian identity. At the heart of the project was emotional storytelling, enhanced by 270° projections, enveloping audio, and voice interactions.
A project designed not to impress with special effects, but to deliver an authentic and memorable experience
A journey guided by artificial intelligence, yet centered on human identity.”
— Calabria Straordinaria, TTG 2025
The impact was tangible: over 3,000 visitors in two days, one of the most photographed spaces of the entire fair, and significant media coverage.
We were featured by Corriere della Calabria, Telemia, the Calabria Region itself, and once again Corriere della Calabria, with a focus on quality and connectivity in tourism.
Just a few days after Rimini, we moved to Milan to take part in the Agorà Congress, the leading event for the world of aesthetic medicine. Here, our contribution was not a technological showcase, but a public and authoritative discussion on the future, regulations, and responsibilities of AI>
On stage, alongside Prof. Massimo Cavallini and Senator Licia Ronzulli (Italian Senate Health Commission), we discussed:
New European regulations on clinical AI
Tools already in use: predictive models and intelligent automation
Ethical perspectives and interoperability
An open, authoritative, and concrete dialogue that highlighted our approach: delivering real solutions capable of improving daily practice — not by replacing professionals, but by enhancing their skills and results.
Tourism and aesthetic medicine may seem worlds apart, yet they share increasingly similar needs: engagement, personalization, and optimization.
The projects we showcased throughout this October demonstrated that AI can address these challenges across industries. From immersive content to predictive algorithms, technology becomes truly valuable when it is at the service of experience and efficiency.
In every project, we start with three simple questions:
What is the context?
What experience do we want to deliver?
What measurable impact do we want to generate?
Only then does technology come into play. This approach allows us to build truly integrated, accessible, and concrete AI solutions.
Whether you are an institution, a brand, or a healthcare organization, we can help you turn your vision into a concrete project.
